Reef Track Dive Navigation / WHIPSAW
ReefTrack is a first of its kind navigation system that brings digital precision to technical diving. By pairing a harness-mounted IMU sensor with a high-contrast wrist display, the system provides real-time waypoint marking and route guidance at depths up to 100 meters, serving as a powerful navigational aid for complex sites.
We designed the hardware in tandem with the digtal experience, creating a suite that brings GPS-style precision underwater. The platform enables divers to browse pre-mapped routes, plan custom paths, and tag points of interest for real-time guidance via a mobile app and corresponding wearable display.
